Don't get me wrong. I'm extremely grateful for everything in my life. But sometimes it's hard being so positive all the time. Sometimes the holidays bring out the not-so-best in us.
And guess what? That's actually a good thing.
In fact, you should let those less-than-desirable emotions come out every now and then. I talk about why that's the case in this video.
